NICKiT provides routine monthly maintenance services for homes and small engines. Our service help you free up time while keeping your house and small engines running safe and efficiently. No task is beneath us; we are here to serve. We are family owned and operated and proudly born and raised in Minnesota.

We know what it takes to maintain your home to withstand our harsh winter conditions. We also know the importance of enjoying your summers! We want to help you spend more time focusing on what matters and worry less about your home and auto maintenance!

Our Services

Our mission is to help our customers live a better life by taking on the nuisance of monthly home maintenance tasks with a convenient and affordable service package. Our mission is to be an affordable helping hand when needed. 

We offer customized service packages to fit your needs. 

We will assess your needs and provide a custom monthly maintenance package. Our service packages include needed supplies, tools and inspection. We will notify you of any discrepancies that could cause major issues in the future, saving you hundreds of dollars in costly repairs.  

We also have available per diem rates for any projects that might come up. NO task is beneath us, just ask, our goal is to serve!

  • Furnace filter change and inspect furnace – discard old filter*
  • Check A/C unit – power wash twice a year if needed during summer months*.
  • Check Radon system if installed – insure proper vacuum*
  • Fill water-softener with salt if equipped*
  • Clean drier lint trap and vent*
  • Replace lights as needed.
  • Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Change batteries yearly.
  • Preform house walk around looking for potential issues.
  • Clean faucet aerators and showerheads.
  • Clean garbage disposal if equipped.
  • Inspect tub and sink drains for debris and unclog if necessary.
  • Flush out hot water heater to remove accumulated sediment- yearly.
  • Lube garage door chain and rollers- yearly.

  • Home maintenance: spot ice and snow removal, gutter cleaning, gutter repair, fence maintenance, help with electronics, repair furnishings, etc.
  • Hang pictures, TV mounts, shelves etc.
  • Spot cleaning of home. Ex: Deep clean of shower and bathroom.

  • Help sell items online
  • Fishing guide on the Mississippi River
  • Pet care: Vacation stop ins, Trips to vet, Dog bathing, help with pet meds etc.
